About the SECI Internships

SECI Internship Policy seeks to impart comprehensive practical expereince to students pursuing Engineering Degree/ Research Scholars/ M-Tech in Renewable Energy Sector / CA/CS /AICWA/ CMA/MBA enrolled in recognized University/Institution within India or abroad. The students shall be given exposure to various Verticals/Divisions/Units within SECI and would be expected to supplement the process of analysis within SECI through pragmatic collection and collation of in house and other information.

Eligibility Criteria

The Internship will be available to students engaged in research / students persuing Engineering Graduate & Post Gradutae Degree / Ph. D in Renewable Energy Sector / CA/CS AICWA/ CMA/MBA in HR/ Finance/ IT/ CC from recognized University/Institution within India or abroad.

Purpose

The "Interns" will have the opportunity to learn about the Indian government's schemes for renewable energy and solar-wind hybrids, floating solar, solar manufacturing and battery energy storage systems, solar park development, rooftop solar projects, and off-grid solar applications. They will also get practical experience in other professional fields and help the renewable sector by generating inputs and analyzing data.

Duration

The temporary job will be on paid reason for a base time of 03 months and greatest period 06 months for Designing/M-Tech understudies (during entry level position/course) and for CA/CS/AICWA/CMA 06 months to 03 years, for MBA understudies least 07 weeks to 06 months. The people who have followed through with tasks or in the middle between won't be qualified. Annexure "A" contains a list of domains and areas for which internship applications are being accepted.

Terms & Conditions

A student would be eligible for an internship based on the following criteria:

The temporary job program does exclude remuneration of any sort, boarding, dwelling, transportation and so on. The payment of Rs. 5000/ - each month will be paid to the 'Understudies'. No expense would be charged from the understudies. Understudy will keep a customary entry level not entirely settled by the assistant and his/her Task Head. During the internship program, the intern will demonstrate honesty, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.

Interns will be required to have their own laptops. SECI shall provide them working space, internet facility and other necessities as deemed fit by the concerned Heads. However, CA/CS/ICWA/CMA/MBA interns may be provided the desktop as per the requirement.

The intern will not reveal to anyone, either directly or indirectly, the contents of any work product-related file or papers, including privileged and/or confidential documents. The Understudies will be expected to excute a non-exposure Cling to guarantee the security of the information got to by them during the residency of intership.

The assigned Project Head/Mentor will have administrative control over and discipline over the intern. The internship may be ended at any time by the company without prior notice or justification, at its sole discretion. Also, an intern can leave the program by giving the Project Head or Mentor seven working days' notice before HR finds out. No declaration will be granted to such an assistant.

The internship course shall not confer any claim or right for any employment in any office / establishment under the administrative control of the Company.

Stipend

An amount of Rs 5000/- shall be paid as stipend to all Engineering Graduate & Post Gradutae Degree / Ph. D in Renewable Energy Sector / CA/CS /ICWA/ CMA/MBA in HR/ Finance/ IT/ CC.

Amendment

Overseeing Chief will have ability to change, adjust and modify arrangements of this strategy as per the business needs of the Partnership. SECI maintains all authority to audit the plan whenever. The revised scheme will be posted on SECI's website.

Certificate

On getting the suggestion from the Undertaking Guide/Coach reagrding the accommodation of Task Report, HR division will give a declaration of completeion to the understudy. after checking the attendance record and the specifics of the work supervision that the department heads have given you. HR Division will keep up with complete record/MIS of the relative multitude of assistants who have gone through Temporary job in the Company.
