Jal Shakti Announces Mass Communication Internship

The Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation invites applications from students who are Graduate/Post Graduates or pursuing PG Degrees or are Research Scholars enrolled in recognized Universities/institutions in Mass Communication or related fields in India, as “interns”.

Objective

DoWR, RD, and GR aims to hire as "interns" graduates, postgraduates, research scholars enrolled in a reputable Indian university or institution studying mass communication or related fields.

Purpose

Short-term exposure to "selected candidates" for the Department's media/social media work is made possible by the Government Ministry Internship Program. The program will assist in thoroughly familiarizing the "lanterns" with the Department's activities in the media and social media fields, among other areas. furthermore, at the same time the "understudies" will enhance the course of mass exposure of this Division to make mindfulness about the significance of improvement and the executives of water assets in an all encompassing way. Eligibility Criteria for Government Ministry Internship

Bonafide students of any recognized University/ Institution in India fulfilling the following conditions are eligible to apply for the internship:

Understudies, who are chasing after examinations in post-graduate courses/Exploration researchers in mass correspondence/News coverage/advertising or related fields/MBA(Marketing) or Understudies who have finished their certifications/confirmations in previously mentioned course(s) from any perceived school/college are qualified given they scored at least 55% or identical imprints in Graduation.

The students should be skilled and interested in pursuing the internship program diligently. Duration of internship

Each selected intern shall be posted with the Deputy Secretary/ Director/ Joint Secretary/ office of Secretary (WR, RD&GR) in the Department. They will work closely with the IEC Section of the Department.
