IDFC FIRST Bank MBA Scholarship
IDFC FIRST Bank MBA Scholarship is a need-based scholarship program by IDFC FIRST Bank that financially supports students with family incomes of less than INR 6 lakh per annum. The purpose of this scholarship is to make postgraduate studies in business management accessible to meritorious students who are unable to pursue higher studies due to financial constraints. Under this scholarship, students enrolled in the first year of a two-year full-time MBA course in the academic session 2024-26 will receive INR 2 lakh for two years of their MBA program (INR 1 lakh/year).
IDFC FIRST Bank was established in December 2018 after the consolidation of IDFC Bank and Capital FIRST. The bank gives a scope of monetary answers for people, private companies, and corporates. It has a cross country presence and works in retail, discount, and other financial sections. The grant program shapes part of its CSR drive for the years 2024-26.
Eligibility
- Open to Indian nationals residing in India only.
- Students must be enrolled in the first year of a 2-year full-time MBA program or its equivalent for the class of 2024.
- Applicants must be enrolled in one of the MBA colleges listed in the attached document.
- The gross annual family income from all sources should be less than or equal to INR 6 lakh.
- Applicants must have a valid mobile number linked to their Aadhaar number.
Benefits
The selected MBA students will be awarded a scholarship sum of INR 2,00,000 for two years of full-time MBA studies (INR 1 lakh per annum, subject to terms and conditions*).

- Copy of graduation marksheet/passing certificate
- Income certificate issued by a relevant government authority (Tehsildar or Magistrate)

- Sanctioned loan letter
- Death certificate, if there is a death of the sole earning member of the immediate family
- Documents of any other scholarships received for pursuing an MBA
